1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use Rentorzo services.
2. Service Description
Rentorzo provides laptops and computer devices on a rental basis for personal, educational, and business use.
3. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful payment and verification.
4. Payments
Rental charges must be paid in advance through our approved payment gateways. Prices are subject to change.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required before device delivery and will be refunded after successful inspection.
6. Device Usage
The customer must use the rented device responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
7. Damage & Loss
Customers are fully responsible for any physical damage, theft, or loss of the rented device during the rental period.
8. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their personal data and must delete all data before returning the device.
9. Rental Period
The rental period starts from the date of delivery and ends on the agreed return date.
10. Late Returns
Late returns may attract additional charges as per Rentorzo policies.
11. Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to Rentorzo’s refund and cancellation policy.
12. Service Termination
Rentorzo reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion if these terms are violated.
13. Limitation of Liability
Rentorzo shall not be liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption.
14. Force Majeure
Rentorzo is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
15. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
16. Changes to Terms
