Return on Delivery
Return the device immediately if it arrives damaged or not as described.
If the delivered device has any physical damage, hardware issue, or differs from your order specifications, you may reject or return the product at the time of delivery itself.
Early Termination
Close your rental early with prior notice.
Customers may terminate their rental plan early by informing Rentorzo at least 7 days before the intended return date. Refunds for unused rental periods are processed after successful device verification.

Refunds are processed after inspection.
Your refundable security deposit will be returned within 7 business days after the rented device is collected and successfully inspected by our technical team.

Damaged Device Returns
Repair charges apply for customer-caused damages.
If a returned device contains accidental damage, liquid damage, missing parts, or severe physical wear beyond normal usage, repair costs will be deducted from the security deposit amount.
Cancellation Before Dispatch
Cancel before shipment for a full refund.
Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
