Last updated: 8 December 2025This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for laptop rental orders placed through https://rentorzo.com (“Rentorzo”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing a booking with Rentorzo, you agree to the terms described below in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Delivery)
You may cancel your order before the device is dispatched. In such cases, Rentorzo may deduct nominal processing or payment gateway charges, if any, and refund the remaining amount.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If the device has already been dispatched or delivered and you choose to cancel, one full day’s rental and applicable logistics charges may be deducted before processing any refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only when:
• The device is not delivered due to our fault.
• A confirmed order is cancelled as per this policy.
• The device delivered is not in usable condition and we are unable
to provide a replacement within a reasonable time.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in cases such as:
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Issues caused by user-installed software or misuse.
• Customer not available / unreachable for delivery or pickup.
• Breach of Terms & Conditions or misuse of the device.
5. Device Return Condition
Devices must be returned in the same physical condition as delivered, along with all accessories (charger, bag, etc.). Any missing accessories or visible damage may be chargeable and adjusted against the deposit or additionally invoiced.
6. Security Deposit Refund
After the device is returned and inspected, any refundable security deposit
(if collected) will be processed for refund, subject to:
• No damage, tampering or missing accessories.
• No overdue rental charges or penalties pending.
7. Inspection & Damage Charges
Our team will inspect the device after return. In case of damage, liquid spills, hardware issues caused by misuse, or missing parts, repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the deposit or recovered from the customer as per actuals.
8. Late Return & Extended Rental
If the device is not returned on or before the agreed date and time, additional rental charges may apply for the extended duration, as per the current Rentorzo pricing structure.
9. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are generally initiated within 7–10 working days. The actual time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
10. Mode of Refund
Refunds are typically processed to the original mode of payment used during booking. In some cases, Rentorzo may offer credits or an alternate refund method upon mutual agreement.
11. No Cash Refunds
Rentorzo does not provide cash refunds. All refunds are done via digital transfer or reversal to the original payment instrument, subject to banking rules.
12. Service Issues & Replacement
If you face a technical issue with the device, please inform us promptly. Where possible, we may provide remote support or a replacement device. Refunds in such cases are at Rentorzo’s discretion if replacement or resolution is not feasible.
13. Order Modifications
Changes to rental duration, device configuration or address after booking are subject to availability and may affect the total rental fee and any eligible refund amount.
14. Disputes
In case of any dispute regarding charges or refunds, Rentorzo’s internal records and inspection reports will be considered final, subject to applicable laws.
15. Policy Updates
Rentorzo reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on https://rentorzo.com.
