Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

Please read our delivery, pickup and rescheduling rules for Rentorzo services.

This Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy explains how Rentorzo manages doorstep delivery and pickup of rented devices within select areas of Bangalore. By placing an order on https://rentorzo.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Serviceable Areas

Rentorzo currently offers doorstep delivery and pickup only within select areas of Bangalore. Service availability is subject to our logistics partner coverage and operational feasibility.

2. Doorstep Delivery & Pickup

All rented devices are delivered and collected directly at your provided address. Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery and pickup location during the agreed time slot.

3. Valid ID Verification

A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of delivery and again at the time of pickup or return. Delivery will not be completed without proper verification.

4. Rental Period Start

The rental period officially starts from the date and time of delivery, not from the date of booking. All billing calculations are based on the actual delivery timestamp.

5. Missed Deliveries

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled delivery time or fails to provide valid ID, the delivery will be marked as missed. A rescheduling fee may apply for the next attempt.

6. Missed Pickups

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled pickup time, or fails to hand over the device, the pickup will be treated as missed. Additional pickup or rescheduling charges may apply.

7. Rescheduling Requests

Rescheduling of delivery or pickup must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, Rentorzo is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Condition at Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the device at the time of delivery. Any physical damage or missing accessories must be reported immediately to the delivery executive or Rentorzo support.

10. Address Accuracy

Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Rentorzo is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

11. Access Restrictions

If delivery or pickup is restricted by security policies of apartments, offices, or gated communities, the customer must coordinate with local security for smooth handover.

12. Third-Party Logistics

Rentorzo may use third-party courier or logistics partners to complete deliveries and pickups. All such partners operate under strict service and data protection agreements.

13. Customer Cooperation

Customers are expected to cooperate with delivery and pickup staff for ID verification, device inspection, and timely handover.

14. Policy Updates
